Policies

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped through USPS. We are not responsible for mishandled or lost orders in the mail. After your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation message with a tracking number. Orders returned due to inaccuracies with the buyer's mailing address can be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. 

IMPORT TAXES: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes. This is a tax that your country's government imposes on packages over a certain value, which varies from country to country. Your package may also be subject to an additional processing fee. 

Since these fees are imposed by and payable to your country's government, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over them. If this is of concern to you, we advise that you take the time to review your country's policies on this matter.

*All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and therefore non-refundable*

RETURNS:

To return or exchange an item(s) please note the following requirements:

- Contact me within 3 days of delivery.                              

- Mail items back to me within 7 days of delivery.           

- Items being returned must be in unused/undamaged condition.                                                                                                         
- Items that have been customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your returned item(s) they will be inspected for signs of use/damage. Please understand that items returned used or damaged cannot be re-sold. We will not issue a refund for them. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Items that are returned in unused/undamaged condition will be refunded (item cost + taxes.) All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

CUSTOM LEATHERWORK:

We welcome your ideas for custom leatherwork, but please bear in mind that we are very selective with the custom work we take on. As a rule of thumb, we typically only do lite custom work (E.g. stamping a name on a wallet or a custom color scheme etc.)
